This work of family recovery and/or helping others grow in their family recovery is important and challenging work.
We provide excellent education and coaching for the families and professionals we serve. We encourage applicants to take the time to explore our offerings fully before committing to the program. Once a student or family makes the commitment, our services are non-refundable.

Terms of Use
The BALM Institute (henceforth referred to as ‘The Institute’) maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and the Institute. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Limits of Use for Coaches of BALM Materials:
- Please understand that the BALM Training Institute and all of its materials and lessons are owned by Beverly Buncher, MA, PCC, CTPC. Since it is a proprietary program, you may use it in your coaching practice as allowed by the program and may not co-opt the material or use it to train other professional coaches or claim ownership of its ideas, content, or wording without the written permission of Beverly Buncher. It is expected that you will give credit to Beverly Buncher for any materials you mention or put into handout form.
- If you would like to write a book about the BALM, and/or the BALM Principles or Steps, it is required that you speak with Bev about it and decide how she will be included, either as a co-author, as the author of the foreword or introduction or recognized as the founder and creator of the BALM Program. It is required that she be consulted on any materials you write that include reference to the BALM in them and that the name BALM be included exactly the way it is in the programs as in
